Shipping policy

Each type of product has different processed and shipping times:

  • Classic Shirt (Men &Women, Kid), Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Tank Top, Mug, Phone Case: 4-7 business days.
  • All Over Print 3D Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Jacket, Hooded Blanket: 10-18 business days.
  • Doormat & Poster Without Frame: 5-7 business days.
  • Canvas Shoes & Rectangle Rug & Auto Sunshade : 7-14 business days
  • Magic Sequin Cushion Cover: 7-10 business days.
  • Fleece Blanket & Bedding Set: 14-19 business days.
  • Please note that the time period is expected to be extended during the Christmas season every year (from December 20). Delivery time for orders from Thanksgiving to Christmas may be delayed 5-10 days later than expected.

Fast Shipping: Only for Classic Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Tank Top, Mug, Phone Case.

  • Shipping Cost:
    • Standard shipping: $4.95
    • Fast Shipping: 5-15$ by your order
    • FREE SHIPPING for order over $100
  • Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
  • Return & Exchange: If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get Refund within 30 days of delivery date. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy below).
  • Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 45 days.
  • Notice:
    – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There’s no extra charge for this.
    – In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before produce.

Return & Exchange Policy: The return & exchange policy will only apply to damaged items that have any manufacturing problems. We cannot refund or exchange goods for a change of mind or errors you made in your order. It will take 2-3 days for us to reproduce. Orders then will be shipped by express to ensure delivery time.
